Mohana is a responsible and motivated person, and I see a bright future ahead of her. It truly impressed me to see how quickly Mohana was in understanding and executing tasks that seemed difficult. It impressed me, even more, when Mohana was continuously finding ways of improving processes thus not limiting her responsibility to the task itself but also taking responsibility for the thought process and strategy of our company.
